Shipping And Delivery:
- How do I place an order?
(i) Add the item to your shopping cart.
(ii) Continue to shop or buy the desired item.
(iii) Once your selection is complete click on the checkout & pay icon.
(iv) Add your billing and delivery address
(v)Select your payment mode
(vi) Once the payment is done you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed on the registered email address given at the time of sign up.
- What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING all across India.
- Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. No changes can be done post order shipment.
- What if I am not available when the order is delivered?
As a policy, our courier partners will always call/text message you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-
dispatched after your confirmation.
- How long will it take for my package to reach me?
We attempt to deliver all our domestic orders within 12-15 business working days. Most domestic orders are delivered within 10 business working days.
The delivery time for different products may vary based on the processes involved.
- What are the requirements for shipping within india?
Within India, we ship through registered courier companies & our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package reasonable number of times before they return it to us.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

- What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?
In the unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered; please contact our Customer Care Team sampark@qosh.in within 24 hours of delivery. They will help
arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.
- What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will
initiate order cancellation and refund the amount.
Returns and Exchange:
- Do you accept returns or refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. However, we strive to ensure that all our products meet high-quality standards and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours. The prepaid amount will be refunded within 10 - 12 working days.
- What is your exchange policy?
The product will be exchanged only if it meets our conditions i.e.
(i) If the product does not match the item in your confirmation email.
(ii) If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or is damaged.
(iii) If the product size delivered is incorrect.
Sizing:
- What factors determine the fit of your clothing?
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted.
We follow standard ready garment sizes. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Wash Care:
- What is the recommended cleaning / washing technique?
Our designs are a metaphorical reminder of subtleties of nature that evoke a sense of rawness and authenticity.
Our products involve digital printing and intrinsic hand-embroidery and we recommend Dry Clean only.
Colours:
- How accurately are your product colours displayed?
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on QOSH as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary. We
cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

- What are your working hours?
Working Hours: From 10:00 am – 6:00 pm IST (Monday to Saturday) except on all national holidays.
